Edward Bell Associates (EBA) is a professional recruiting firm specializing in contract services (temporaries) and full time placement of individuals in data processing, finance, accounting, administrative and clerical positions.

This central location allows easy access to our client base which extends from Silicon Valley to Sacramento and to the northern counties of the San Francisco Bay Area. Our strength as a company is derived from the skill of our experienced staff, all of whom specialize in a functional area, and from the firm's commitment to find the "right" person for each position.

Our philosophy begins with the premise that we work for our client companies. One important result of this premise is that all recruiters at EBA share candidates. There is no advantage to place one individual over another. We will always endeavor to find the right person for our client and then work with our client and our candidate to insure a smooth transistion of an individual from candidate to employee. This includes working with both our client and candidate during the interview process to coordinate schedules and resolve all open issues. We are available to check references prior to an offer and then act as an intermediary to negotiate an offer acceptable to all parties.

EBA has been expanding its database of candidates from its inception in 1985. Each recruiter has immediate access to approximately 10,000 candidates through our personal computer network. We are continually expanding and updating our database with new potential employees and updates of existing profiles. We have spent the last 15 years customizing and improving our current system.

Since we have been in business for almost two decades, we are listed in several national and international directories. We continually receive resumes from individuals throughout the United States.

We haved lived and worked in the San Francisco Bay Area for over 20 years, and have an excellent understanding of local market customs and practices. If any questions or concerns occur, our clients have immediate access to our account managers with authority to resolve all issues immediately. There is no need to check back with corporate headquarters.
