Edward Bell Associates has been placing computer and accounting/finance professionals for almost 20 years in full time and contract positions. We are an employer paid contingency search firm. Although you as an employee never pay us a fee, we do make two very important commitments to you, the candidate.
First, we never mass mail resumes. Prior to sending your resume to a potential employer we will contact you, describe the open position and give you as much information as we have available. If you decide that you might have an interest in the position we are working on then we will tell you the name of our client company and then send your resume to our client. We will work with you throughout the process and will always be available to you. If you work with other search firms we highly encourage you to get a similar commitment.
Second, we only work with professionals and promise to treat you as one. This involves returning your calls as promptly as possible, and being as candid with you as possible during the hiring process.
